FAQ

Does it work where I live?+

Yes. The plan and worksheets work anywhere. When it names a rule or service, it says which country it's for (mostly the US and UK) and links the official source. Family law is different in each place, so it keeps pointing you to a local lawyer for big decisions.

Is this legal or money advice?+

No. It's a workbook to get organized. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or mental-health advice. It helps you collect the right facts and ask better questions.

I'm not sure I'm safe. Is this for me?+

Start with the first page. It lists emergency numbers and domestic-abuse hotlines. Talk to an advocate before you change passwords, move money or leave. They can help you plan those steps safely.

I don't have kids. Is it still useful?+

Yes. Skip the kids and co-parenting pages. Everything else still applies.

We weren't married. Does it apply?+

Yes. The steps work for any separation. Your rights may be different, and that's one of the questions on the lawyer-prep sheet.

How long does it take?+

About 30 to 60 minutes a week for 13 weeks. The first two weeks are the most work.

What do I get?+

A 25-page PDF (US Letter) with links you can click. Print it or fill it in on a tablet. You pay first, then download it right away.

Can I get a refund?+

Yes. If it doesn't help, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Who handles my payment?+

Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our reseller. Your card statement may show "Vayon" or "Paddle.net".
