14-day refund

If a guide doesn't help you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Email support@kitboxhq.online with the order number from your Paddle receipt, or
• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net.

Paddle, our Merchant of Record, sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
