These terms cover your use of the Kitbox website at https://kitboxhq.online and any guide you buy from us. Kitbox is operated by Vish U Unity Pvt Ltd, 195, 9th Cross, CIL Layout, RT Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). Kitbox is a brand of Vish U Unity Pvt Ltd.

1. Who sells to you

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, tax, receipts, customer service for billing, and returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.

2. What we sell

We sell PDF guides you download. Each product page shows what's inside, the format and the full price in US dollars. Paddle adds any local tax at checkout. You pay once. There are no subscriptions and no extra charges.

3. Your licence

When you buy a guide, you may download it and use it yourself or inside your own business. You may not resell it, share it publicly, or say you wrote it.

4. Delivery

You pay first. Then you download the guide right away on the thank-you page. Nothing is shipped. See how downloads work.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.

6. Information only

Our guides give general information to help you learn and get organized. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health or other professional advice. For your own situation, talk to a qualified professional where you live.

7. Who owns the content

We create the guides we sell. All content on this site and in our guides belongs to Vish U Unity Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright.

8. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the guide concerned.
