Kitbox is run by Vish U Unity Pvt Ltd (India). We sell digital PDF guides through Gumroad at praxy.gumroad.com. We may also use Paddle for checkout in the future, and this policy applies the same way there.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a guide isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you'll get your money back. No questions asked, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

• Reply to your receipt email, or
• Email us at support@kitboxhq.online. Include the email you used to buy so we can find your order quickly.

When you'll get your money

Refunds go back to the original payment method (the card or account you paid with). We process them within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

A few things to know

• Refunds don't apply to $0 or free downloads, since there's nothing to give back.
• Once you're refunded, you no longer get future updates to that guide.
• We may decline requests if we see repeated abuse, like buying and refunding over and over.
