Triage support tickets and audit which ones are really resolved
A founder's personal agent goes through the company's support queue each day, separating routine requests from urgent ones such as sending failures, delivery problems, cancellations and pricing questions. It also checks tickets marked done against the conversation to catch ones with no confirmed fix, and turns recurring themes into product and content proposals.

Starter prompt
Review yesterday's support tickets. Group them into routine, needs my attention (outages, failed deliveries, cancellations, pricing), and other. For every ticket marked resolved, check whether the conversation shows the customer confirmed the fix, and list the ones that don't. Finish with three product or content ideas drawn from repeated complaints, each with the ticket IDs that support it.
