Turn weekly support tickets into one complaints report
A founder set up an agent to read every support ticket each Friday and write one report on what customers were actually angry about. It worked well for two months, but when volume grew from about 200 to 1,200 tickets a week the report turned vague and missed refunds that had been failing for weeks. His takeaway was that feeding every raw ticket into one final summary step breaks down at scale, so group tickets in smaller batches first.

Starter prompt
Every Friday, read all support tickets from the past 7 days. Group them by underlying problem, not by wording, and rank the groups by how many customers mention them. For the top 5, quote one short example ticket and say whether it looks like a bug, a missing feature or a documentation gap. End with the one issue I should fix first.
